Is there a free plan?

Yes. The Free plan runs 25 ad-hoc searches per month against all 9 sanctions jurisdictions (US, EU, UK, global, AU, CH, CA, JP). It is for trying the screening engine on real names. Upgrade to Solo for continuous monitoring and PDF exports.

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any unused time on your current plan.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Free is hard-capped at 25 searches with no overage path. You upgrade to add capacity. Solo and Starter bill overages at $0.30/monitor and $0.05/search. Growth includes unlimited searches with $0.15/monitor overage.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Polar.sh.
